In March 2006 SimuGen raised its first round funding, sourced from both local business angels and matched funding from an East of England Development Agency research grant.

The team has completed a proof of concept study on time and under budget.

The technology has been assessed by a leading independent analytical laboratory..

Future Milestones

The company’s priority is to complete development and commercialisation of its first product to predict hepatotoxicity.

The core technology will be applied to additional product opportunities using different tissue types or in different formats for different industries.

SimuGen is now in the process of raising further equity funding alongside additional government grants.
